Sometimes a client has a really clear idea for their logo but doesn’t have the tools to create it. Felicity Hancock came to me with a simple sketch depicting hands wrapped around a representation of the lymphatic system. My task was to turn this into a logo.
Working with her sketch, it was important to evolve the concept into a logo that appeared clean, balanced and professional. As someone working to improve her patient’s wellbeing, it was also essential that the logo had a friendly and approachable feel.
From here, the next step was to ensure the typography was reflective of a medical professional and balanced well with the logo. In order to help Felicity decide, I mocked up examples of her logo on various platforms, so that she could see it working in context.
